About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in Finance, IT, and other business areas, combining hands-on technical work with strategic input to develop our data landscape.


Your responsibilities will include:

•    Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architectures using Azure, SQL, Python, Notebooks, (potentially DataBricks or Data Factory etc.)
•    Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and data reliability.
•    Manage and maintain master data processes and governance.
•    Perform testing and monitoring to ensure data quality.
•    Contribute to data modeling and architectural decision-making.
•    Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate across teams to strengthen data-driven decision-making.
•    Take full ownership of the Azure environment for BI/Lakehouse and deliver end- to-end solutions from concept to production.

 

About You
•    Higher education in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•    5+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines.
•    You have solid experience with SQL and Python and are comfortable working hands-on in Lakehouse and Data Warehouse environments. 
•    You are familiar with modern development practices such as DevOps and have experience or interest in working with cloud platforms like Azure.
•    You are curious about new technologies and take initiative to improve ways of working and you enjoy working hands-on with both coding and infrastructure.
•    You are pragmatic, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a low-structure, high-trust environment.
•    You are fluent in English, our working language, and able to communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. You are also comfortable collaborating across both technical and non-technical teams.
