Short Description
Required Qualifications/ Skills: • 4-6 years of experience as a Performance and SEO Specialist in a global organisation. Prior working experience with education industry (preferred). • Skillsets required: Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEM & SEO, Paid Search, Competitive Analysis, Display Advertising, PPC, Marketing Automation, Reporting. • Excellent Knowledge and Hands-on experience in: o Google Ads (SEM, Display Ads, Performance Campaigns) o Meta Ads (Ads, Post promotions) o Search Engine Optimization o Tracking and Reporting set up o Creating Media plans o Google Analytics, Power Bi, Microsoft Clarity • Experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels. • Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders. • Experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy. Experience in web analytics. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahref, Moz etc. • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze and conceptualize engaging content ideas for various digital platforms. • Proven experience in website management and analytics • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. • Excellent multitasking skills • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Job responsibilities: • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI. • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. • Manage and optimize websites, ensuring that they are user-friendly, aesthetically appealing, and supports lead generation and conversion goals. • Conduct keyword research, monitor website rankings, and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. • Collaborate with the content manager to create valuable, relevant, and shareable content that aligns with target audience interests and search intent. • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the cost-effective execution of digital marketing campaigns. • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation. Utilize A/B testing to arrive at informed campaign decisions. • Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance, generating insights to optimize marketing efforts continually. • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) across all channels. • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization • Regularly perform thorough keywords research. Identify key SEO KPIs. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences through digital marketing and SEO. Understanding and mapping of intent to buyer behavior and digital marketing programs. • Collaborate with web developers and marketing team • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
