Required Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of latest marketing trends and systems, both digitally and traditional

• Excellent overview and knowledge of Social Media platforms and online marketing tools

• Experience into activation-ATL/BTL activities • Excellent communication and content creation skills

• Proven experience with developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns

• Experience with creating consistent messaging through all touch points on the Customer Journey

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

• Graduation/ Post graduation in Marketing field

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role

Your Role

As an analytical and creative Sr Marketing Manager, you will drive and support Dibber’s marketing activities through various marketing channels, both digital and traditional. You will be responsible for all digital channels in India, including webpages and Social Media channels. The Sr Marketing Manager role will be an essential part of our growth journey and our regional office in Bangalore. You, together with the Dibber team will establish Dibber as a well-known and respected actor in the education sector in India. In the role as a Sr Marketing Manager in Dibber India, you will be managing all of Dibber’s marketing and admission/conversion initiatives. You will, together with the country management, define and create marketing communication strategies towards the target market. You will be collaborating with leading global marketing agencies to implement and execute marketing strategies and activities.
