Roles and Responsibilities: • Ensure the Dibber pedagogy is effectively implemented across all company-owned and franchisee units, maintaining consistency and quality. • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive training calendar for the units and ensures all the educators are trained against both scheduled and need based trainings. • Design & conduct regular effective training programs aligned with Dibber's educational philosophy for educators and staff, focused on both pedagogical techniques and educator development • Conduct pedagogy audits to assess the pedagogy implementation overall at the unit level. Evaluate performance and provide feedback • Must possess the ability to develop observations and data collection to do the gap analysis observed during the monitoring process and chalks out an improvement plan • Strictly maintain Service Level Adherence and complaint management with good and timely coordination • Ensure the pedagogical elements of the Dibber Meal program are consistently implemented across all preschools. • Train educators and staff on the pedagogical objectives of Dibber Meal. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to address challenges in implementation. • Conduct seminars, workshops to engage parents in understanding Dibber’s educational approach and the pedagogical standards followed. • Willingness to travel regularly to assigned regions for unit visits and to work on Saturdays when required for training, events, or parent meetings.
Additional Requirements: • Open to work across multiple units in the South & East region. • Willingness to take initiative and continuously drive the standardization and improvement of educational practices across both company-owned and franchisee preschools.
Short Description
Your Role: The Pedagogy Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining high pedagogical standards across company-owned and franchisee preschools within a specific region. This role focuses on training, evaluating, and enhancing pedagogical practices across all units to drive continuous improvement in the educational environment, aligning with Dibber’s global philosophy. The role requires extensive coordination with educators and curriculum teams to support unit performance, ensuring adherence to set standards and policies.
Educational Qualifications & Experiences: • Graduate in Home Science/Human Development/Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) • 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education or preschools • Prior experience as a preschool unit manager, curriculum coordinator, or in an IB school is preferred • Experience in training and development, particularly in education training or soft skills training • Good knowledge of state educational policies and frameworks.
Required Skills: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders (educators, parents, unit managers) • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to inspire educators and build cohesive teams. • Strong growth mindset with the ability to unlearn and relearn when needed • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong networking and presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Office and research skills.
