 Position Overview

The Franchise Success Manager (FSM) is responsible for overseeing the operations, compliance, and overall performance of Dibber franchise units. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Dibber India and franchise partners, the FSM ensures brand alignment, operational excellence, and adherence to educational standards across all centres.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring franchise success and growth through close collaboration with internal teams and business partners. The FSM provides comprehensive support throughout the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.


Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Operations & Support

  • Conduct regular visits to assigned franchise units to assess operational performance, provide on-ground support and ensure effective operations management.
  • Identify improvement areas and guide franchisees on corrective actions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between franchise partners and Dibber’s corporate departments.
  • Responsible for onboarding newly signed business partners from an operations perspective, introducing them to Dibber’s processes, systems, and operational standards
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of franchise unit Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch activities to ensure operational readiness and successful opening

2. Training & Development

  • Facilitate on-site and virtual training for centre staff across marketing, operational, and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with the Pedagogy team to ensure educators and caregivers uphold Dibber’s pedagogy and engagement standards.

3. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure 100% compliance with Dibber’s Processes and Policies, Brand guidelines, and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic operational audits and share gap reports with specific timelines for closure to the assigned franchise units.

4. Marketing & Brand Management

  • Actively participate in BTL marketing initiatives and local growth activities at the unit level to generate walk-ins and drive admissions.
  • Ensure all marketing communication by Franchise aligns with Dibber’s brand identity.
  • Prepare and execute the yearly marketing calendar of the assigned franchise unit.
  •  Track and review marketing ROI and share insights for improvement.
  • Support franchisees with marketing collaterals and driving local marketing campaigns.

5. Business Growth & Profitability

  • Drive enrolment growth, occupancy improvement, and overall profitability for each unit.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed documentation of center visits, action plans, and progress reports.
  • Submit monthly and quarterly reports to the reporting manager, summarizing achievements, challenges, and key observations.

7. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with all the stake holders at the unit to foster long-term collaboration and mutual success
  • Serve as the escalation point for franchise-related operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

8.Role Expansion with Network Growth

  • The role will be adjusted as the franchise network grows, with potential shifts in responsibilities and geographical coverage to align with expanding needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 3+ years in franchise management, ideally in education or early childhood. Experience in staff training and relationship-building with franchisees is preferred.
  • Skills: Relationship Management, strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to think strategically and manage daily operations effectively.

Role requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations for operational support and audits.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours during events, launches, or training sessions.
  • High ownership, accountability, and alignment with Dibber's mission and values.
