SAP SuccessFactors Senior System Specialist

Making a difference with people & technology

At Dibber, we believe that every child is valuable and deserves the opportunity to grow and thrive. To support this mission, we rely on strong, modern digital platforms that enable our employees, leaders, and teams across countries. HR technology is central to this effort.

As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior System Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and continuously enhancing our global HR platform. You bring technical depth, structured thinking, and a passion for creating seamless, scalable solutions that support employees and leaders in their daily work.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your SAP expertise in an environment driven by purpose.

The Role

You will be the functional and technical driver of Dibber’s SuccessFactors platform, with responsibility for maintaining, improving, and expanding our Employee Central and Time Management solutions across multiple regions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing Employee Central, including foundational objects, MDF structures, custom fields, workflows, and business rules.
  • Configuring and supporting Time Management modules (Time Off, Time Sheet/Time Tracker).
  • Designing and contributing to end-to-end integrations with Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, and external systems using APIs and integration platforms.
  • Participating in architectural discussions to secure robust and scalable data flows.
  • Translating business requirements into solution designs and well structured configuration plans.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Documenting solutions and ensuring platform governance, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
  • Supporting HR teams globally to standardize processes and enable consistent, high‑quality system usage.

About You

You are a proactive, curious specialist who thrives at the intersection of business needs and system design. You enjoy solving complex challenges and ensuring that processes, data and configurations function seamlessly together.

We imagine you have:

  • Strong hands on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including advanced compensation structures such as pay scales.
  • Experience with Time Management is an advantage — but not a strict requirement.
  • A solid understanding of integrations, OData APIs, and platforms such as SAP Integration Suite/CPI or Boomi.
  • The ability to conceptualize end to end solutions and understand how different system components interact.
  • Experience working in international and/or complex organizational environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with structured documentation habits.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus.

Personal qualities

  • Structured, reliable, and confident in your professional domain
  • Collaborative and service-oriented, with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable balancing autonomy with teamwork
  • Motivated by contributing to something bigger than yourself
