About the role
- Contributing to our educational mission, you'll play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive learning environment by:
- Effectively representing Dibber, ensuring transparent communication with the Teacher and fostering positive connections with parents and children.
- Upholding and enhancing high competence and motivation, actively participating in ongoing development, and diligently following up on established goals.
- Wholeheartedly embracing Dibber's quality standard, adeptly handling conflict resolution, addressing complaints, and actively participating in organizational tasks.
- Proposing strategic activities to optimize kindergarten fill rates, championing exceptional customer experiences, and fostering collaboration within Dibber, all while prioritizing the well-being of children, parents, and colleagues.
- Cultivating a service-oriented mindset, actively elevating the customer experience for both parents and children.
- Proactively engaging in initiatives to foster a positive and thriving work atmosphere among colleagues.
- Ensuring the kindergarten's active and positive participation in the local community, contributing to its growth and development.
- Embodying Dibber Way values by being a team player, effective communicator, result-oriented, and proactive.
Your Qualifications
Education within pedagogy/teaching, and experience from work in kindergartens.
